Two cities,

Chef Yuki Moreau was raised between her grandmother’s ryokan kitchen in Kanazawa and her father’s bistro in the 11th arrondissement. At Maison Yuki, those two inheritances stop being opposites.
Dashi deepens a bourguignon. Beurre blanc carries yuzu. Every plate follows the kaiseki rhythm of the seasons, executed with the discipline of the French brigade.
